Part-Time • Hourly ($17 - $20)
Responsibilities
Execute menu items accurately, efficiently, and in a presentable manner during high-volume service
Fully set up, maintain, and break down your station independently
Maintain speed, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards without reminders
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH during service
Assist with prep, inventory rotation, dishwashing when slow, and banquet production as needed
Requirements (Read Carefully)
Minimum 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
(Mediterranean restaurant experience is a plus)Must be able to speak and understand English (Spanish is a plus)
Proven reliability: punctual, consistent attendance, and strong work ethic
Strong knife skills and solid cooking fundamentals
Ability to handle high-volume service without supervision
Quick learner who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done
Desire to keep learning, improving, and growing as a cook
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
