  • Part-Time • Hourly ($17 - $20)

    Responsibilities

    • Execute menu items accurately, efficiently, and in a presentable manner during high-volume service

    • Fully set up, maintain, and break down your station independently

    • Maintain speed, cleanliness, and organization throughout service

    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards without reminders

    • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH during service

    • Assist with prep, inventory rotation, dishwashing when slow, and banquet production as needed

    Requirements (Read Carefully)

    • Minimum 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
      (Mediterranean restaurant experience is a plus)

    • Must be able to speak and understand English (Spanish is a plus)

    • Proven reliability: punctual, consistent attendance, and strong work ethic

    • Strong knife skills and solid cooking fundamentals

    • Ability to handle high-volume service without supervision

    • Quick learner who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done

    • Desire to keep learning, improving, and growing as a cook

    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

    • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
